He can activate it whenever, but have we seen him sustain it for prolonged times? Seems like the kind of thing that would cost too much energy to keep it going for long or to activate repeatedly. And, well, once Chelsea's in the air the use of it is pretty limited.


Genji is capable of blocking danmaku when he is an ultra fast ninja capable of swinging his sword fast enough to easily hit all the projectiles. But if we equalize speed he isn't ultra fast anymore...

*When he is ultra fast. Blocking lots of simultanous projectiles with a sword fundamentally requires you to be much faster than said projectiles.

"When activated while Chelsea doesn't move time doesn't advance. If she moves it advances like normal and if she attacks time runs in reverse. The effects terminate after passing a set amount of time. In the game, Chelsea doesn't take damage from attacks while the item is in use."

Interesting. Besides her Time Manipulation which Genji has no resistence to, she has even better defense than he does. She can summon 6 Swords or Balls of fire for defense. Genji can't reflect forever, but it appears she can defend and attack at the same time while casually flying.


I don't think Genji can take this.
