Well I guess with

His True Flight & him being an Expert Hand-to-Hand Combatant, he is the overall versatile fighter in CQC

Coupled with his lightning attacks (Which are more or less Magic and Electricity Manipulation, which have Technology Manipulation [His lightning caused Lex's suit to malfunction])

He should be able to beat Dustman with little difficulty.
