This is gonna be a breeze.
1: As seen here, Urouge easily clashed with and stopped Sengoku at Marineford.
He also stopped Killer with his pillar easily, despite the latter having harmed Kaidou.
He should have some form of Fourth Wall Breaking/Reality-Fiction Transcendence as he exists in real life as well.
Last but not least, he roflstomped Kaidou, to the point where Kaidou admitted inferiority and called him a legend.
Proposals:
High 6-A | Massively higher ( Clapped Kaidou and made him admit that he didn't stand a chance, and he openly mocked the aforementioned Emperor before this. Shat on Mihawk in just one hit. ) | Multiversal+ ( should scale to his Durability )
Speed: MFTL ( speed blitzed multiple top/god tiers with ease )
Durability: Multiversal+ ( completely tanked an ambush from Saitama and Goku )
Abilities:
Immortality ( Type 8 and 9. As mentioned before, even if one achieves the incredibly tedious task of actually killing Urouge, he still exists in real life as well and can always be brought back into the story )
Immunity to Fear/Death/Life Manipulation ( Big Mom didn't even scare him and he proceeded to stomp her sons right after )
Greater Size Manip ( turned into the moon )
Fear Manipulation ( scared off Blackbeard and Sengoku )
