High-3A Sword art online.

High Universe Level for all Fluctlight.
Fluctlight Imagination entering the Soul Translation Machine will create the Underworld ( This world, was by no means a program executed by a physical server, but also a Real Dream constructed with the same photons that made up human Fluct Light. And, because of this, the pure and powerful killing intent of the black-armored knight, from his Light Cube to the Main Visualizer, and through the photon link circuit, was able to reach the STL that Gabriel was using. ) which is stated to be an endless(Expanded) universe.

Hyperbole.

Even if using advanced means, it is still a simulation running on computers, it'd be impossible for that to handle genuine infinity.

We also know for a fact the underworld is not only finite in size, but at it's largest only contained two planets within it because the cardinal system's only ever needed to generate that much in full detail.

Don’t worry DMUA… I’ll handle this as repentance for my past actions.

Okay so, to start off it’s important to establish that, yes the Fluctlights do in fact sustain and “create” Underworld. The entire point of the simulation is that the Fluctlights stored in the Lightcubed send their Mnemonic Visual Data to the Main Visualizer in order to visualize the world.
Pretty much they just used the shared memories of every soul to sustain things, this allows things like Incarnation to exist.

Now, this thread would make sense if this wasn’t not only Hyperbole but also just wasn’t a real scalable feat. First of all the world of Underworld can’t be infinite, we already know it’s made with the Seed originally, and the Seed only generates the interactable world as needed, for example space didn’t “exist” until Kirito explored beyond The End Wall and upper atmosphere because it had no reason to generate more than just Underworld.

Also it’s important to note that Underworld can only have a max of 200k fluctlights in it at a time, the moment that maximum capacity is reached someone dies off keeping it at 200k.

Now all of this is fine and dandy, High 3-A may be bunk but maybe we can count them creating the solar system right?… until you realize this scales to absolute no one except maybe SKK when UR ends. Sure, the fluctlights sustain the world but they aren’t actively creating it or controlling/destroying it to a point where they can have it on their page. They can alter its image and change it with their willpower via Incarnation which is just Subjective Reality/Reality Warping but beyond that it doesn’t scale to anyone.

Also about Shasta reaching Gabriel’s fluctlight, that’s not really a feat, anyone could do that he just did it because his Incarnation (I believe) was focused on targeting one’s soul.
And on the topic of Gabriel, even if you say he can destroy and absorb Incarnation that doesn’t mean the world or the “ability to sustain the world.”

Regarding Hyperbole, that is a dead author statement. Because it doesn't correlate with fiction, because in SAO there is a Milky Way galaxy and it is said to have a World End Wall which is said to have infinite size.

"I exhaled and surveyed the unthinkable scene before my eyes again. Stars of breathtaking density stretched in a band from top right to the bottom left of my vision. I suppose you could call it the Milky Way, but no matter how I lined up the potently glowing stars, I could not recognize a single familiar constellation from the real world. This was Underworld, all right.

Here’s the thing, even if it doesn’t correlate with fiction this is just how SAO works. There has never been actual infinite worlds or data. It has been expressed in the series before that the Cardinal System only makes what’s needed. There only being a maximum capacity of 200k fluctlights is also more proof the system cannot handle infinite data.

“Even if you pass, there will definitely be another wall that appears.”
This is just more proof that underworld isn’t infinite. Another wall created by The Cardinal System will be created so that they can’t keep expanding the world.

The most we can take at face value is that Underworld is MAYBE the size of the Milky Way.

No it's not.
"I exhaled and surveyed the unthinkable scene before my eyes again. Stars of breathtaking density stretched in a band from top right to the bottom left of my vision. This is explicitly in reference to a skybox, which the cardinal system's used since the SAO days. Reki Kawahara's statements are very much so consistent with the material, and he will actually say "maybe" or "possibly" if he's not sure he wants to commit to a given answer.

Ah and here I thought I was too late and this was already settled by DMUA's first comment...
Regarding Hyperbole, that is a dead author statement.
It really isn't. Cardinal System only generates content as required. This is a series established fact that remains consistent throughout.
because in SAO there is a Milky Way galaxy
All games you play today have a nice Milky Way galaxy, or a fantasy version that of. It's called a skybox.
it is said to have a World End Wall which is said to have infinite size.
Are you referring to the big wall that is right behind the World's End Altar? It isn't infinite, it literally just encircles the Underworld map, and it is scaled with the invention of the Dragoncraft. It is as explicitly finite as it gets.

Bumping cause despite this getting denied I still wanna hear if OP has a rebutta to the whole “Creating the world” stuff

(you don't really need to bump these kinds of things, if they had an argument I imagine they would respond themselves like they did the first time)
