Could someone explain to me from high 1-a to 1-b, I didn't understand them completely and I'm not a native English speaker so it's hard

High 1-B is infinite dimensions
Low 1-A is all possible dimensions (extending to all infinities)
1-A is BDE type 2 , a qualitative superiority layered on dimensions (link is given after)
1-A+ is infinite layers of qualitative superiorities, a qualitative superiority is the difference between traditional dimensional existence and baseline 1-A, as defined in the bde page.
H 1-A is a state inaccessible by layering 1-A differences (qualitative differences), the same way 1-A is inaccessible to the addition of dimensions

read this , this , and (if you have the time) this to help you understand
