Its just matter of name: not real difference between High 1-A and 0

There is certain beings in tier 0 who shouldn't be tier 0 but are there like featherine and yog there not the supreme being of the verse they have a limitation that being the creator and azathoth but they fit most of the requirement that's why high 1a as a sub tier should exist
