It still kind of is. The only characters he's defeated are glass cannons and bender.

Goku is lucky for being really powerful, but also really haxless, which means that most character who can defeat him with hax would be considered a stomp, and a lot of characters who doesn't have hax would lose to him due to his AP.

Also, out of the 8 victories on his profile, only 2 were glass cannons.

Yeah, what Paulo said. His record is good only because DC/Marvel/SS vs DB is banned lol. Anyone who is haxy vs Goku directly becomes a stomp, and due to his AP advantage he wins most matches where hax isn't involved.
