Hero's Shade vs Dickson

Dickson has a big AP advantage scaling to around 1 Yottaton while Shade is only at 642 Zettatons. There is stuff I am curious about though, such as Shade's non corporeal nature as I'm not sure if Dickson would be able to hit Shade due to a lack of NPI (which he should have as there is nothing saying he can't hurt/defeat Nebula like the main cast but I digress).
