Isn't this a stomp? Eraserhead can erase people's powers by looking at them, and fubuki without her powers is physically weaker than your average office worker.

^ But on the other hand, Fubuki can one shot Eraserhead if she can escape from his eyes and attack him. It's not like Eraserhead can stare Fubuki all in the fight. He need gaps to rest his eyes sometime.

Then add both have info. Because i doubt Fubuki would realize that in time. But then under this circumstances fubuki would have the advantage

Because of the Speed Equalization, and Prior Knowledge... I'd say Aizawa. With Speed Equalize Eraserhead just has to look at her and land a single hit before his next blink.

I assume that both combatants are facing each other 50 meters away in the middle of Central Park with no cover between them. With prior knowledge, that's pretty much an auto-nope on Fubuki's powers.

Aizawa gets my vote. He can stare at her melons all day and maybe hit her with wet bandages until she surrenders or something.

Speed equalized remember. 50 meters is far enough a distance to escape someone with "Range: Standard melee range, Multiple Meters with Capturing Weapon", espacially with prior knowledge.
