Yes it not fc, is a novel video that made by thai people. context and information was upload on Fodorie morningstar channel.It was uploaded on youtube, You can also check it but is was in thai language.

If you're knowledgeable enough to be able to translate it or basically a local Thai then you could start making blogposts summarizing feats and reasonings why their statistics are at that.
iirc you have them rated at 2-B or 2-A which is a tall feat and would require an evaluation if it is truly at that tier
understanding the tierring system of this wiki is a great place to start followed by blogpost with translation then explanation about why they are at that tier and how deep is the cosmology of the story

Yes i have evidence i already ask author and he already said a whole cosmology in his video
