Isn't it very inconsistent that it jumps from 9C to 8-A? Wouldn't it be better like this?
10-B, up to 9-C with Warsword | 8-C, far higher | 8-A, far higher with Warsword

I don't know the character, so I can't give an opinion. In any case, I helped you with what you requested. So, I'm going to focus on other stuff. You should discuss the scaling with other supporters of the verse.
