Not sure who to ask but I've read Hellsing had their Blood UES attempt rejected and also this thread seems to have come to the consensus that telekinesis feats aren't to be used for direct scaling. So I'm wondering why Alucard still has H7C SS and in his ap it's not marked only with telekinesis

yeah there was a crt about this but that crt just straight up died and no one bothered applying the changes

anyone can apply the changes if they want since the downgrade got accepted or someone can make another crt

I remember that Alucard was 9-A, but it was so, so long ago that I don't remember.

H7C SS

Curiosity, the tier 7 calculation has the wrong premise since it says that Alucard is spreading the blood, when it is the opposite, Alucard is pulling the blood. I don't know if this significantly affects the calculation.

Nvm.
Even that calc has problems looking at the CRT.

The calc uses 75m for the Length even tho in the manga the type of carrier ship was specified and that ship had around like 35m in length

there's like the 9-A calc on the verse page that Seras and The werewolf dude scales to (ofc Alucard scales to them, as Seras is his Fledgling, and both Seras and Werewolf dude can fight eachother)

which, both of them alongside every high 7-C character would have to get downgraded too

damn, honestly kinda wished they calced Alucard Moving the ship's ke, they did the LS but the Ke might be good tho will only scale to telekinesis

Downgrading the verse to Tier 8 physically.
Get rid of the UPS.
Get rid of the blood calc.(The one on the Verse Page that is 7-C)
Consider the fog feat to be Environmental Destruction.

However I feel like you should recheck the thread yourself since I'm afraid I might accidentally give misinformation
