Honestly I don't think their writing is that bad (c'mon, like half of the popular shows have VERY similar issues, and don't get that much hate as Vivienne does), but it's really exhausting for multiple reasons. Also I can name A LOT of shows/movies/series that have far worse writing than those

these green thingies do appear for old Alastor scars/woumds that he recovered from, like when he made a deal or fought:Oh yeah about this, it's been shown in the Season 2 trailer that he still has it.
And it is also completely absent in the end of Season 1.
But if y’all don’t change your minds after this, I’ll just remove that ig.

Okay overall in the OP;
Helluva downgrade is fine, they don't have any calcs that would work better to replace their High 8-C rating.
The hazbin hotel tiering fix is fine ig? I don't really understand the logic but the tiering isn't exactly changing so it isn't something I'm gonna worry all too much about.
speed upgrades is fine, just applying a calc.
Vox stuff should just wait until season 2 comes out, because lets be honest this CRT is gonna go near or until season 2 releases and we already know we're gonna get a real Vox vs Alastor fight and it'll be far easier for you to get that through than what you have proposed rn.
Charlie not scaling physically to 7-C is a bit weird on the logic, because if she can amplify herself to be comparable to Adam then wouldn't she scale physically? I don't understand the logic.
I have my gripes with the Alastor section, but downscaling his tentacles and nothing else scaling is as far as i'll agree regarding the adam stuff. Also, yeah that resistance to regeneration negation makes no sense since we can see he still has the wound in season 2. Blood manipulation is likely him piercing his palm with his nails, not blood manipulation. rest of the hax you proposed seem fine at a glance though.
Adam section my only real gripe with it is removing the alastor bit (he is 100% superior to alastor) and his weapons upscaling above him makes no sense because the reasoning you gave has nothing to do with Adam's weapon.

Pretty sure he simply just fixed the cut on his clothes itself, the one we see in the S2 trailer is his skin, and those are just stitches.

I mean i'm open to it, I just don't understand the logic. Because if she does have her physical feats of being comparable to Adam why wouldn't she scale to that with amps? It's not like she's scaling to 7-C in her base rn.

It would just have AP via Magic in her transformed form.
And since y’all disagree with Resistance to Regeneration Negation I’ll just remove it. It’s also weird because we know Al has to go to the cloth shop after his regular coat was removed, yet he has it normal during the final song, but he also has Cloth Manip. So, like… wth? Average VivziePop moment.
Oh and I’ll also update votes when I get to PC.

For Alastor, I disagree with him downscaling Adam via DaReaper's reasoning.
For the Blood Manipulation, it could just be him bleeding due to clutching his hand too hard and his sharp ass nails, so put me in disagree for Blood Manipulation.
And you already said you're planning on removing the Resistance to Regeneration Negation, so I won't say much about it.
Now for the Sinner's Regeneration part, I'd say put me in Neutral. While I'm not going to dismiss the OST Name as potential evidence, I would like to have more evidence before I can feel comfortable in Agreeing with this. I don't know.
And for Vox, I'd say just wait for Season 2 before we do stuff with him.

If Pentious really died and quickly regened from exploding, the Regen (at least the combat appicable one) would be high-mid I think since it'd be regening from explosion that likely tore him to bits with low-high being overtime since we don't know how long it takes to regen from that. But, it should also be noted that, in said scene, regening from such an extent seeming took pentious out of commision so that could be a possible weakness in fights

alright, one last thing I wanna note before staff comes since it's bothered me for a hot minute, specifically during matchups with adam
I think "limited power null" should be removed from adam's hax and angelic weapons in general. the only example is Striker's specific rope not letting Stolas use his demon powers with no other thing showing power null (Adam only destroyed an amplifier of Alastor's powers which is stated to be a weakness on profile as well as shown on the show and, despite that, the man literally uses said powers seconds after losing his radio voice while having that scar)

Eh, the difference here is that rope was all around Stolas, so they seem to null it while in contact? I’m not sure either way.

Idk man, seems like a clear case that it was Striker's specific (though angelically enhanced) rope that power nulled and we'd be jumping through hoops to say it's not.
Imo, I think it's a safer bet to say only Striker's rope has power null until we have definitive proof that they power null instead of saying all angelic properties (angelic weapons, Adam's beams) across the board power null

Adam scales above Striker which should already let him have the ability but additionally you can see his holy light completely shutdown the already created shadows, like you mentioned we also see that his staff being taken away doesn’t mean he cannot use his powers so tfym?
