While we haven't seen them combat anyone, I think we assume it's within the High Prosecutor's training to be able to fight. After all, the previous High Prosecutor was tasked with fighting the most dangerous demon of hell who was sealed after her defeat. So while not a combat god, I don't think they're completely inept.

Well that's what I was saying is unknown. We do know it's normal for them to attack and torture many demons of hell, and that she likely has some experience, but she ain't like a skill god or anything. We can assume she has basic combat experience and isn't stupid enough to let herself get surrounded and hit considering she's smart enough to get out of The Helltaker's range to abuse her ranged attacks.
