Hela ain't Low 2-C, she's 5-B (Planet level). That is if you were referring to the MCU version of Hela

But someone told me that they got low2C lower from the Hela fan who told me that he will go trade.

That's their take, doesn't mean its necesserally right or wrong, nor that the wiki scale her there. Btw, may I know throught what argument does he have Hela at Low 2-C?

He said Hela destroyed 9 universes but I think the 9 universes he meant were realms rather than universes.

1. Hela never destroyed the 9 Realms, what the heck is he on?
2. No, the 9 Realms aren't Universe. MCU's Earth and Jotunheim are some of the 9 Realms and they are obviously not Universal in size

9 realm aren't universe is just planet and she didn't destroy it she just conquer it's and odin bringing all 9 of them together in yggdrasil is the bridge between them, as Thor once said. Asgardian have only a limited range of vision and perception. only the universe, and many times when the cosmos is mentioned, they just think of it as the 9 realms. It is not the universe
