If he can keep his distance like he did against Solaris, he could use his psychokinesis to reflect energy attacks from Bubbles back at her, and induce vertigo. While I don't recall him abusing teleportation like how Shadow does, that's also an option to avoid getting hit.

I do remember Silver using teleportation in Generations, that's why I brought it up.

And yeah, Silver is in Sonic Runners so he has access to the Color Powers as well. A CRT should be made on that some time.
