This should be pretty basic. Saber Alter should have Heat Manipulation and Fire Manipulation from both her fight scenes in the movies. She lights Berserker on fire, creates multiple blasts of fire throughout both fights, and the passive heat from Excalibur Morgan is shown to be able to melt stone in her fight against Rider.

Speaking of Rider!

Rider should get Chain Manipulation, as she's shown the ability to magically extend the length of her chains in her fight against Saber Alter.

That's about it.

I think it'd be best to get at least one staff member's input. That said, these changes should be fine. I agree with them, pretty basic stuff.

Is Salter using fire in the VN? Otherwise I don't think that's usable. Heat is fine since Excalibur has always emitted heat, and Medusa's chains are self-explanatory.

I have not read the VN so I wouldn't no. Not a stretch to just say her heat manip did the stuff anyway, so I'm fine with just adding that.

All users of Excalibur should get Heat Manipulation.
Saber Alter should also get Fire Manipulation and Darkness Manipulation. Black fire is mentioned in the VN (though I disagree that this would be necessary to conclude that Salter can produce fire):

Does anyone think Saber Artoria should get Explosion Manipulation for her Mana Burst?

Also related to obvious missing abilities, Mordred is missing Electricity Manipulation (Her Mana Burst produces red electricity)
