i give it to Doctor Strange since he is high 2-c, and mostly im on his side since dios stand has the weakness of "touching what he wants to change" so it is hax but not as convenient as doctor stranges powers ^_^

msstly because of high 2-c and because dios stand rquires to touch the things he wants to maniplate, strange does not (from his profile(doc strange classic profile), and he is omnipresent ^_^ )

Dio brando is a tier 8 being with only one legit hax the world and one legit advantage MFTL,but it has been countered with Time stop.And Dr.strange fights legit reality/time/space warping entities everyweek,who are omnipresent(Speed doesn't matter for them).Dio only has one way of killing him the world,and even then Dr strange can couter it with his own time stop or just you know start out in astral form so dio can't harm it any ways.Talking about offense strange can kill dio in infinite ways.send him to a sun/blackhole/supernova/hell,or just mindrape him.Or just merge with eternity and stomp on Dio in every possible plane of existence in all possible timelines across all possible universes at the same time.or you know just use the montessi formula which is anti vampire spell which instantly makes every vampire in the universe cease to exist.yea DR strange wins 1001/1000 times.Either this is a spite thread or someone is overly confident.

Hmm. Yeah this is most certainly a stomp here, even though DIO's Heaven Form is being used.

Strange has many ways to kill the guy and not to mention he's likely faced far more dangerous ones than Heaven DIO himself.....
