The only thing that "outhaxes" Bill is Hearts UM Key, which have Universal Seed as an Equipment while UGM don't.
Even the PNA literally says nothing it get scaled to his UM Key.

So what this mean is, Bill oneshots with his Energy Projection.

Hearts can still one shot him back cause he scales to Infinite 5D timelines, but then again Bill has snapping stuff that he starts with or potentially Passive Law/Causality Hax that Hearts doesnt resist
If Hearts gets stomped ill swap it to someone else
 
Hearts scales to Infinite 5D structures, while Bill scales to a single one (Infinite 5D structures ≠ A single Infinite 5D structure) + Hearts massively upscales from this value

How does he deals with Bill's Low-Godly btw?
 
Voting Hearts.

Not only does he scale to a higher infinite 5D, He can take him out with a ki blast before Bill gives him the Time Baby treatment. And if Bill dares to enter CQC, Hearts is skillstomping him generously due to being able to fight on par with CC Goku and even CC Gogeta.
 
Guys who tf is saying Bill starts with finger blast? He almost always started with snapping transmutations. How fast can he conjure a ki blast also doesnt it have travel time unlike Bills hax?

Hearts can't affect his soul due to not being able to affect NEP 3, so he can keep Bill busy healing but can't kill him.
 
wouldnt his physical form be affected by Heart's gravity attacks? if so might prevent bill from finger snapping

Hearts can affect Bill, cuz Type 3 is basically being Part Type 1 and Part being in existence

He could, and could also affect his Mindscape he has the NPI for it but he already one shots
