The one time Angelic Steel (One that was so dense that Vaggie's Angelic Spear couldn't scratch it) got hit by a Tier 5 blast (Might of Lilith's explosion) it got turned to dust. Said Angelic Steel that got pulverized could also pierce Lu.
Are Adam and Lucifer glass cannons? Maybe

ooh, how interesting. If the calc is good, got put on the VSBW site, and got accepted, it'd be small building level+ for Excorcists and angelic weapons, arguinably building level since lute did it casually.
No idea if math is right but could be cool if someone imported the calc so it can be evaled

No since they're deamed as being who can't be harmed without angelic weapons, even by overlords like Carmila.
You can probably argue that Full power Al would scale fine to them physically since he can harm them with his magic but it's with his magic so not much I can do

Now that angels no longer have invulnerability, it makes sense for them to have a different durability level.
But level 5? I don't know, at least not if it's based on Niffity killing Adam.
The guy was seriously injured and was attacked while off guard/distracted. Like, do you really want to argue that his durability was the same as when he was fully healthy?

She could be 9-A because she fought Katie who was in her demon form but she also does scare off exorcist with her magic and breaks an ANGELIC WEAPON with her shile while also blocking and stopping attacks from them easily so she could arguably be 8-B if the exorcist get accepted as such but I am not sure.

Being higher rank than people with unquantifiable "advanced hand-to-hand" while being infinatianly stronger than them doesn't give you gifted

Also, we know that Vaggie left her self wide open to attack prior to Carmilla training so how good is her hands anyway

Getting punched in the face a few times isn't going to giga-drop your durability so much that you die to 9-A knife as a 5-B, that's like if an ant could pulverize a boxer after they lose a match lol
We also got Lu getting pierced by MoL's Angelic Cables while still having enough power inside him to throw multiple Tier 5 blasts

Reason is both are kinda dumb sadly or just ploy, like Adam could have won if he used his MAIN WEAPON instead of trying to punch Lucifer. I guess you could say he was blinded by rage but cmon dawg.
Plus we literally saw Lucifer was using magic to amp those punches so Idk how you can say they were "pillow punches"

Without much else backing it it probably is room for Above Average, but anything more than that combined with the showings and Carmilla's statement that Excorcists suck at fighting, I'd call it iffy. They're soldiers, they have training, but they leave openings that anyone halfway decent at combat can exploit should they be able to actually harm them.
Since you like skill slop so much, would this make the Exorcist Gifted?

It still got destroyed, but still I dunno if the gate is made out of the same stuff as the steel they have in Hell, the one that again got dusted by (basically) the same blast.

Idk how to say this but Exorcist seem to be pretty good at offense but bad at defence, we also know Vaggie got over this weakness after training with Carmilla and Lute scales ABOVE that Vaggie by a LOT in skill

Basically anyone can do what the excorcists do. The problem is if you just leave opening after every swing you die. Almost all weapon-based melee combat is based on range, speed, and not dying on the counterswing because the guy you just gutted has a friend or dodged/parried/blocked. If you **** up that third part, your life is forfeit if the opponent counter attacks.

Listen, I agree with you but being a sinner ain't enough. Normal Sinners die from overlords touching them and angel scales to Cherri who's currently accepted to be capable of drawing blood from Val.
That being said, he should be 9-a at least in dura since he's noted to be capable of taking a beating by husk and also capable of tanking a 9-A explosion

That being said, the fact Vox never tried calling shok.wav and immediately went to Carmilla to get angelic weapons in season 1 for angelic protection should give this some weight. However, I just remembered that Vox not even at 100% (though his ratings were through the roof at the time) made Emily yelp in pain with his wires sooooo
Again, Reg Sinners die to like Car explosions and bullets so Charlie going pound for an regular (albeit enhanced) sinner does nothing for her scaling besides maybe putting her base at 9-C.
I 100% agree that her magic should scale at least to overlord level based on the Hear my hope thing (even with the feat as an AP outlier, it still shows her magic is overlord level) and her magic shield should be....wherever angelic weapons scale.
And, if Angels get 8-B, she should get it since it's currently accepted she's invulnerable too

He’s outright stated to be physically pathetic multiple times, the only time (It's also soft-canon) he harmed Angel wasn't even through standard AP (His chain constricting and making Angel yelp) and Angel is already downscaling from Overlords so much that he's not even an outright 9-A, but an "At most 9-A"
Shok.wav can sorta easily fall into the category of stuff that might've worked but they just didn't try it, like ya know, AWs themselves.

And keep in mind, if this wasn't basically stated, I wouldn't be using the animation here to say Excorcists are bad.
This is a great example of that, both Garrosh and Thrall here leave a bazillion openings, but they have enough feats/statements that just because the animation of them fighting is leaving approximately one **** ton openings for the other to instant win does not mean they're suddenly unskilled.

Can you tell me why "I have basic melee combat skill now" and beating that is suddenly gifted? Like, Vaggi doing that has just gotten here the basics of being above average. beating an Above Average character in skill is still Above Average.

Can you explain to me how a soldier that has advanced hand to hand training in extremely harsh camps who was stated to be only be weak because they leave openings getting a training specifically to NOT leave openings anymore doesn’t mean anything??
Its fiction, obviously it makes no sense she learnt so much in a single song timespan but she did. And thats all that matters.

I do think the Exorcists should scale to the Powerful Overlords like Vox but but there is simply no way there much stronger.
Plus didn't Vaggie and Carmilla like physically clash at some point, And not with AW shoes like hand to hand.
