Close range, Velvette (imo) likely gets massacred due to angelic weapon shenanigans
Long Range, Velvette can just use Tech Danmaku (though, it seems she needs to be more enraged to use her more potent spam.) and she'd probably be kinda good, though i'm sure Carmilla could block some of the attacks with her Angelic weapon heels and there's an argument that she might be agile enough to dodge some of the attacks thrown her way. There's definitely a discussion to be had if a match-up occurs down the line

I've only just now realized that the whole "destroys half the pentagram" would actually be a bigger blast radius because V Tower is in the bloody far corner of it. If put in the middle that shit most likely hitting the entire city

Entirely depends on wherever the Might of Lilith calcs fall, since if it ever relies on the actual explosion itself then yes obviously.

Literally all that's left is for a changes thing to be made for Niffty and the things for Charlie to be done. Once the CRT is done we're gonna be releasing 3 profiles including a Vees Team profile, Emily, and the Might of Lilith. And since the Vees are basically brand new profiles... make that six.

I don't think so because that shield was only to stop people from entering and leaving, she didn't really except Lucifer to shoot through it you know? Its stated several times in S2 all she tries to do the entire time is stall for time

I think the fact that the shield was able to last as long as it did against Lucifer's angelic power being harnessed should mean her downscaling by 1/7th like Reaper said works a bit.
I don't quite care for Sera's scaling so if you just say she's vaguely vastly above Emily, it'll work just as well to me
