Charlie scales relative to Adam who can one shot Full Power Alastor. Do you want to tell me that the cactus devil halped just as much as her? Or Val, who had a hard time against Cherri and had to ask Angel for help?
Vibe scaling is saying that every overlord can punch a nuke when the show does not make it logical

This is also not how powerscaling works: You either scale or not scale. If you scale you get a statistic derived from the thing you scale, if you don't scale, you don't, the specific difference isn't really quantifiable in the vast majority of cases.

He was still Alastor's tier even when Vox started to lose his powers and became even weaker than his base stuff, so Shok.wav really is just that guy.
Vox was also kinda already number 2 strongest before so it ain't that weird too.
