Certainly no CABLES he could effortlessly rip through in base without going demon form not five minutes earlier, right?

Yeah I'm not saying there's some stomp difference between them, I'm saying Vox was literally ragdolling Alastor and drawing blood with ease, along with a statement of him being stronger, means he's just flat out stronger.
I'm not saying "Alastor got FUCKSTOMPED! Vox made him his *****!" No they could absolutely damage eachother, it's just one was doing more without charging up.

Tbh the fact that Alastor was capable of holding his own and more-or-less winning against a guy who's vastly stronger than him says more about his combat intelligence
I don't think Alastor is superior to Rosie. I just don't think the power that Rosie gave Alastor was her power or had anything to do with her.

And as I've said before, it's not like Vox was completely incomparable there, but he was definitely the less skilled combatant.
Literally a case of W!Alastor < 100% Vox in AP/Dura/SS, 100% Vox < W!Alastor in skill.

If you had to ask me right now where he'd scale, it'd be "At least 6-C, At most High 6-A", with nobody scaling to his At most Rating(So like, Alastor wouldn't.)

Three/Four LS feats for Alastor since the current Class M feat was recalced to Class K, and Shock.wav speed feat
Emily's feat is not possible to calculate, since for that I would have to use another calc for the speed of the laser, which would fall into calc stacking

Just scale her below the beam, she reacted to it and moved with it, she doesn't need a calc to scale.

That's not what I was saying.
The laser beams took a few instants to reach Al, all you need to do is calculate how much Emily moved in that timeframe, regardless of the laser's speed

Tbh it’s not impactful unless you do Hell and Неаven separate universes, and if you do then keep in mind that majority here seems against it.
