The problem is that we haven't actually seen what stolas's magic can actually do, and all we have are statements that the Goetia are above the overlords, which honestly it seems like that might be a little bit out of date/viv doesn't really care about making the goetia higher anymore, Alastor for right now s*** stomps
Once again, I'm pretty sure at this point that speed is mostly equal across all players in the verse, with nobody actually being faster than another person or at least not by that much, as opposed to places like One Piece where Luffy at the beginning of the east blue arc would be completely speed blitzed by kizaru, hazbin just doesn't have that
