she didn't struggle, she was just doing goofy faces while creating new life, i hardly could call that struggling, and she seemed to be inexperienced in creating things in general.

Emily is a more inexperienced and possibly weaker Seraphim, so I doubt we can use any of her feats to argue for higher-ranking angels, especially when she only created life, rather than a full on cosmic body.

First off, they weren't confirmed to create it, only expanding it.
Second off, you can't make the comparison especially when one is creating small life and the other is creating cosmic bodies and star systems, so I really don't agree with this.

Also, the wiki doesn't consider a character creating something/a character "=" to scale or have the powers of the created thing by default. Unless there's more context about it.

UES is limited to physical aspects, which again I never even mentioned Lucifer being physically superior to to his feat, genuinely stop bsing, and what do you mean "without feats, statements"
