In episode 1 it was stated that the angels expanded the universe, which could qualify for Unknown creation AP, so I'd say Luci should upgrade to At least 7-A, likely far higher, Unknown with Creation

Why do divine weapons have immortality negation and regeneration?
Type 1 - Divine weapons have not been shown to turn anyone into a mortal (grow old and be able to die of old age).
Type 2 and Type 3 - Divine weapons are accepted as soul destroyers, and regeneration does not cover this. It would be like giving someone with soul negation Low Godly because it can kill Low Godly when in fact it is only affecting them at a level that regeneration does not cover.

what do you mean?he literraly flies that distance after leaving the destroyed moon on screen and the timeframe is also on screen (like, the entire thing is happening as you see it, unless we use headcanon to say that he took more than what it is shown).
