Oh, and JJK Profiles are universally conceded to be trash rn with most supporters working on ap and speed upgrades and downgrades than working the inverse (which was the case for Hazbin for the longest time and still is rn) and so that's why certain abilities aren't on page rn (Black flashes were accepted to be 2.5x in a thread recently and it han't even been implemented yet)

No, FTL was never rejected. KE calc exists because he had issues with AP method. Never speed of the beam itself.
Rela+ is speed of cloud, not the beam.

The only possible arguments you can make for Universe HH is around Universe level in size Heaven and Hell. The reason it's accepted for GOW but wouldn't for HH is GOW has merit for Yggdrasil transcending spacetime, the space containing Heaven and Hell doesn't.

Standards here work differently. You need either an explicit statement or great proof that the universes are implied to be separate spacetimes within a higher-dimensional space, which in the GOW blog is present.
Yes, they are stated to be universes and realms, but that by the standards wouldn't be sufficient, and it seems more-so that it would be accepted as 2 universal-sized structures inhabiting an even larger construct.

Best you're getting it is Uni cuz no way your convincing people, especially staff, that Might of Lilith was piercing through a 4D space or that Heaven and Hell have to separate space-times

Cosmology wise Hell would be 2-C and I'm pretty sure Heaven would still be Low 2-C because size doesn't concern spacetime.

Alastor since he, on-screen, resisted it. Also, we can't just give characters resistances because they're viewed as unstoppable in verse.
It's why Zeno from Dragon Ball, despite being the omni-king, the ultimate god-tier, the guy who can erase the multiverse with a single thought, doesn't have a bajillion resistances on his page despite his status of being unstoppable
