hax and penetrating hax resistance/resistance AE1

1. If character A has any hax and character B has any hax, will character A be able to penetrate character A's hax?

For example: A has acausality type 4 and character B also has acausality type 4. Both have the same hax, fate manipulation, so can they manipulate each other?

2. if character A has AE1 mind/soul/plot/emotion etc
So character B only needs to resistance through one thing in AE1 to reach and affect character A?
