Having Your Skin Torn Off

So we got a feat of someone regenerating from having their skin torn off:

Since VBW lacks anything on tearing the skin off, what level of regeneration is this?

IIRC, regenerating from just your skeleton is like Low-Mid, but not sure what removing like all your flesh while all your blood and muscle tissues are still intact would be. At least High-Low and at most Low-Mid.
