Even when i read this years ago, this seemed like a verse mechanic where by being observed, things become definitive or something, but anyway @DontTalkDT can explain why this doesn't work since he is the one who revised the profile, and i remember him debunking 2-A.

That stuff is description of quantum mechanics.
If we go with Copenhagen interpretation it's just collapsing superpositions. If we go with multiverse theory, it is parallel worlds using coherence.
Neither is universes being destroyed in common sense. Furthermore, in real life, every human collapses superpositions / makes parallel worlds lose coherence in much the way Hatou does. Just that a human can't control it.
Hence that ability isn't more multiverse level than a regular human is.
I will refer to this thread and my respect blog for more details.
Anyway, since OP requested this to be closed I will do so.
