Not quite sure where to post this, but we could get a lot of data from the cinematic from someone more experienced, but this is me trying to cut my teeth on this kind of exercise. This is going to be a fairly rough calc, so bear with me.

Height reference
Hanzo's height: [1.73 meters, source ], 28 pixels
Bridge length: 313 pixels, 19.337 meters
Alexstrasza Size Reference
Alexstrasza, as we can see, needs to fold in her wings to move through the frame. However, her torso is decidedly smaller. I'd say this is smaller than she normally is in World of Warcraft, but this is her size here. The angles and wings make it hard to get an exact caculation, so let's give a conservative 8 meters wide, since she looks to be taking up about half the width of the gap.
Dragonstrike size reference
In the same shot, a few moments later, the dragonstrike hits Alexstrasza. The shot appears to be slightly to the right, so this too is hard to calculate, but the leftmost dragon is passing straight through Allie's right shoulder, and the right seems to be past her torso's left wing-joint. Let's lowball this to say it's the size of her torso.
Assuming her torso is round, pi*8^2
~201 square meters, conservative estimate
This is quadruple the area of the dragonstrike in Overwatch (imagine playing against THAT!). Sadly I can't get a good read on the length of the dragons, and thus leave further calculations to more experienced nerds than myself.
