Hank VS Jacket

Hank J Wimbleton from Madness Combat Series VS Jacket from Hotline Miami http://media.overkillsoftware.com/2015/02/hlm2_featured.jpg

Hank basic
Scenario:

Both have just entered the same area, both with full auto rifles, a knife (both bladed weapons). They had recently killed a couple people and both see each other; ready to fight. the area is in a building with a decent amount of cover.

Twists:

- Hank will not be in MAG form (he will take his appearance from Madness Combat 7 pictured here)

2- hank wont lose for sure, since he will keep comming back
The first death satisifys the criteria for the victory condition, regardless of Regenerationn or ressurection, "hank" would be dead which would give the other guy the win.

I don't know *anything* about either characters, sorry.

i see

but the thing is

that kinda counts as a KO

a win by death is permnenetly putting the opponent down, and in the case of hank, we dont know if its possible

Then what about characters like Deadpool who physically cannot die?

Except Hank died at the end of 7 and was not resurrected for another episode, and when he was, it wasn't because of the Higher Powers. We shouldn't factor them into fights anyways. It's not Hank's own power that's bringing him back. If Hank dies once, that should be it for him in a fight.

That being said, Hank probably takes both rounds due to inhuman stamina and being far more lethal in close combat.

he wud have been eventually like always, the higher powers wud have done their work

the reasons he was revived early was to help out deimos and sanford in a mission

if we take out the higher powers, then its more clear, but i still dont know about how strong the oppoosition is really, so idk who wins even when the higher powers are factored out
