I think he just transports you in different planes of existence and even the ultimate void.

Nyar has Type 1 Concept hax that can affect The Hanged King despite having better NEP.

Like what? Hanged king has mid godly regeneration. So i don't see nyar doing anything to actually affect hanged king.

Mid Godly Regeneration is only physical, mind, and soul based.

While he has Unknown Durability, The Hanged King transcends infinite layers of nonexistence on a High 1-A with NEP but an unknown type, which is way deeper than the Ultimate Void, Nyar can only affect Baseline NEP type 2, but seeing as the Hanged King doesn't have NEP Aspect 2, Nyar can kill with type 1 Concept Manipulation as the Hanged King doesn't have conceptual nonexistence.
