shouldn't Han Solo's striking power be 9-C, the same as his durability, correct me if im wrong but doesnt durability=striking strength in most cases?
 
Actually it's the other way around. Striking Strength=Durability due to the fact that you would need to be as durable as the energy you can produce so that you can survive your own attacks. Its entirely possible for characters who are more durable than what they can dish out.
 
Yeah, basically what Julian said. It's the other way around; Newton's third law says durability should always scale to striking strength unless every punch they throw requires sacrifice of an arm. It doesn't quite have to be the otherway around, some characters are tanks that can take more damage than they can physically dish out.

On topic, most 10-B characters IRL technically have a skeleton with Street level durability. Being strong enough to break bones casually would be a Street Class striking strength feat, but I'm not quite sure if Han has those feats.
