I mean, the 30 seconds are for the buffs only, something that ditto would have too.

Ditto is also faster with equipment

Ditto's equipment only applies to his untransformed state. Unless you wanna give him a life orb or some other item like that?

It doesn't work like that in-game, outside of a glitch in gen 2 where metal powder worked like that. And gen 2 ditto doesn't have imposter
