He can do both, but he more than likely starts with the latter.

ST will go for Words Can Hurt, better known as his sound danmaku. They fire in a single direction but ST is good at aiming it. The projectiles themselves appear as glowing, white music notes.

Halt will go for Lightning Barrage.

• Lightning Barrage: Halt creates a line formation of lightning strikes which stun and deal medium damage.

Halt also has Lightning Flash to help dodge ST's projectiles.

• Lightning Flash: Halt teleports a few meters to get closer or farther from his target.

Though, Lightning Flash has a roughly 5-second cooldown, so it's not the most reliable thing in the world.

I see Teddy taking the edge in long range since he has experience with Danmaku users and Flash has a cooldown. Plus even if he’s stunned there might just be a note left over to distract Halt. I’ll vote Teddy right now just because he has so many more abilities (dura neg, acrobatics, solid regen) and he is likely the better fighter
