Mr. Wednesday has Immortality Types 1 and 8. This means Hakumen's Time Killer would be useless against him and since he has type 8 immortality, so as long as Hakumen remembers him, he won't die.

So I'm settling this thread by voting for Mr. Wednesday for both my reasons and the reasons above.

Mr. Wednesday isn't even a normal living person. He's a breathing idea, only real because of Odin's myths and people's knowledge of them. This is why Susanoo's Time Attack wouldn't work on him.
