So if energy of destruction can be countered by beings of similar levels, would that change Beerus' ability? Further more, not all hax in DB can be countered by AP, pretty close, but it's still a generalization.

Also, would this give Zeno minor existence erasure Resistance?

yes to everything. If someone is able to resist your existence erasure that doesn't change the fact you still have existence erasure it's just that this specific opponent can resist it.

Zeno doesn't gain resistance on existence erasure as he never essentially resisted it. He would most likely resist if Beerus tried to use it against him, but that is still just an assumption and not a feat.

In DB you resist almost any hax if you have more power, it's just that in order to resist some of them your power needs to be quite a lot greater. Like Jiren powering up to resist Hit's time lock or Goku using KK 10 to resist Hits time skip.

No, Beerus can't erase Zeno because Whis made it clear that no matter who the opponent is, Zeno can't lose. And that's why Beerus is so afraid of Zeno.
