9-A versions are being used (Aka Golden Age Guts and TUNED Body Alita)

Both are bloodlusted

Speed is equalized

They fight on a post apocaliptic city. They are 30 meters away from each other

Alita. She dominates long range and Herzter Haruen will likely one shot...

Golden Age is just Guts with a sword and nothing else, ya could maybe argue he's far higher in stats via fighting (getting his ass kicked, but still surviving) against a casual apostle Zodd but outside of that and skill/experience that's his only advantage here.

On a side note >OP shows Black Swordsman Guts opposed to Golden Age.

TUNED Alita is really op for tier 9. Since she still got her tier 8 weapon and their utility are no joke. In a speed equalize match, character with longer range kites the shorter ones to death anyway. Above all else, she has durability negation attack that can be used as soon as she touch Guts (or his sword). This is a stomp no matter which Alita u use. Guts only means of victory is to somehow get in 10m range, throw his sword and hit her vitals with it.

Also, this location is very disadvantageous for guts as well. He don't know the general layout of modern building.
