Guts Vs Doomguy

These two are surprisingly similar so let's make them fight.

Speed Equalized

Doomguy doesn't have the BFG.

Infinite ammo for both.

Starting distance of 30 meters.

I'd give this Guts due to having a superior tactical mind, for example. Whilst Guts was sent hurling backwards by an apostle spawn. He used the arm cannon to not only shoot the spawn, but to alter his trajectory mid flight to strike another foe who was in the air. I don't think Doomguy really compares to this on the fly thinking at all. There is also no weapon that Doomguy can break The Dragon Slayer with, so Guts is definately going to be using it as a shield to prevent himself being struck by an onslaught of bullets/projectiles.

With that said, it's going to be a long fight but it will result in Guts winning.

I'm thinking Doomguy takes this one, due to the sheer variety of weaponry he has. As amazing as Guts is, I don't think he'll be able to take the sheer firepower from Doomguy's weapons. So Doomguy, but not by much.

Hm. Well...

I'd give it to Doomguy but just barely, even with speed equalized. Even without the BFG9000 Doomguy maintains similar psuedo-hax weapons that have instant killed huge foes in the past (hello newly added Chainsaw!)

That said, the Berserker Armor would be a difficult thing for most people but the Chainsaw basically just kills whatever it hits instantly, only adding to fuel, so... keeping him together won't help his brain come back to life.

I don't think the chainsaw is being rated right here...it's a gameplay mechanic more than anything just like how regular soldiers on nearly any fps magically regenerates but I digress, Doomguy still takes it handly with his guns IF Guts doesn't go berserk, which could be a problem if he does since all damage that's dealt to him is ignored and Guts also gets superhuman strength which imo puts him above doomguys strength. I'd still go with Doomguy but it's a close match
