Gunvolt's and Copen's Combat Speed

In the battle with Jota, an Adept with the power to control light, Gunvolt was able to dodge lasers and other attacks with ease. Therefore, would he not be FTL? Comparing Gunvolt to Copen, Copen is faster due to Bullit Rush, which he regularly uses in combat. Even without Bullit Rush, Copen's (and potentially other Azure Striker character's) speed is similiar to Gunvolt's.

It depends on the distance from the lasers. You would probably need a calculation.

Ok, used a ruler to measure Gunvolt's height and the length of the gun to the wall since I couldn't count pixels. Gunvolt's height was 1.4 cm and the gun to the wall was 9.1 cm. Gunvolt's height is not known, but his height is similiar to Copen's, who is 165 cm. Using a Proportion, I found the length of the gun to the wall to be 1072.5 cm, 10.725 m. Using the distance formula and the speed of light, I found that it took .00000003527 seconds for the light to hit the wall. Add in the 4 other lasers and the fact that one laser was near the wall, and the feat becomes more impressive. On top of that, we did it multiple times after fighting through enemies and traps while climbing a tower, and the feat becomes even more impressive.

As in, can't you find gameplay footage on the web? then use an online pixel counter.

If you link in the footage, I can calc the rest if you want.
