So, Gun Fiend Aki has a big advantage with the starting range here so he can blast Katana Man from a range. Although if Katana Man does get close he can hit him with multiple Sword-Draw Dash's to cut the Gun Fiend's limbs off like he did to Denji and finish him. I'm leaning toward the Gun Fiend Aki right now cause I think it is more likely that he blasts Katana Man from a range and takes him out before he can get close enough to use Sword-Draw Dash on him.

Leaning Gun Fiend for naturally being better equipped and able to challenge a more experienced Denji than the one who tricked Katana Man. Even if it was partly due to outside factors aside from the Devil’s strength, it’s notable.

Katana Man probably takes this. When Chainsaw Man fought against the Gun Fiend, he was holding back to an extent because it was Aki he was fighting, and he was not willing at all to kill him. Denji constantly begged Aki to turn back, hoping he wouldn't have to kill him. But for the greater good, parents, and their families, he had to. When we see Denji trying, you could tell because, in contrast to the snowballs he was throwing in Aki's perception, he started throwing an incredible bunch more, signifying that he was actually trying now, which overwhelmed the Gun Fiend. Katana Man, on the other hand, was able to fight the same version of Chainsaw Man and was completely on par with him to the point he had to resort to his sword draw dash to gain the upper hand. Had Katana Man not been fooled by Denji, he probably would have won.

In terms of how the fight would go, Katana Man would probably win right off the bat with his sword draw dash and completely blitz the Gun Fiend. Or, in Aki's perception, he would be overwhelmed by the amount of snowballs thrown at him. Unlike Denji, Katana Man won't hesitate to end the fight right then and there. I'm voting for Katana Man.

Hold on, I never saw the range being 50 meters, my bad. The same thing applies though, Katana Man gets close enough and begins to overwhelm the Gun Fiend. And to be honest, none of the Gun Fiend's bullets are hitting Katana Man as they did a holding-back Chainsaw Man.
