Gumball Versus Daffy

What stops Daffy from just becoming the animator to erase Gumball?

Gumball has survived his show running out of budget money, so Daffy becoming the animator won't really be a huge issue. He can mind control Daffy to prevent him from erasing him, in fact.
Also, if Gumball sees a pencil coming for him, he can just dodge it since he can dodge Bobert's lasers. And he can just break the pencil in half.

You know mind hax at the start is OOC, plus I think you are mixing up Gumball with Chowder. Also, by your logic speed is equalized, and his pencil isn't a projectile so he can't really dodge

Gumball is in-character here and he wouldn't think of mindhaxing Daffy, and assuming Gumball can even call for help before Daffy jumps out of the cartoon, the duck would regenerate by the time Gumball's summons finish beating him up
Also no, Gumball will be affected by Daffy becoming the animator, him surviving the budget running out is not a durability feat (it's probably not even a Resistance either as he was clearly affected by everything), and as for the pencil part, he cannot do anything to a pencil that's outside of fiction (neither can the Helmet) not to mention Gumball's laser-dodging feat is an Outlier

Also, you guys do know Gumball can still rewind time once he sees the pencil coming for him. He would go back to when Daffy was born and then he would kill him from there. Daffy's Regenerationn won't save him from the past getting changed. I mean, Gumball can go back to before the universe even existed, so what stops him from going back that far in to the past?
