Yo, it's me again. I got bored and I wanted to put this. And while I could've waited to be done with the intelligence ratings of every character, evidence for some characters is harder to come by than it is for others, so I'm just gonna settle for this. This has more of the controversial stuff anyway, so yeah.
Basically, I've reworked the intelligence ratings of many characters so that they're properly sourced and the like. My sandbox can be found right here.
We've got a few Supergeniuses, some Geniuses to Extraordinary Geniuses, and the rest are Gifted with one Average, one Above Average, and one Below Average. Only thing besides that is updating Happy Chaos's age to 286 because Asuka states he has 100 years of experience over him, with Asuka being 186 years old.
