iirc, this has been done and the Primals stomp due to speed. Equalized would be more realistic, and i'd still give it to the Pokes due to thousands of years of combat experience.

Team Pokemon is faster in CC but hardly mobile otherwise.So it's going to take effort to try and get some blows thru.Team Naruto also seems to have everything team Pokemon has or most.I don't really see how team Pokemon can even counter Sasukes haxxes alone?

The Primals have speed on their side, and absolute zero hax. Groudon can temporarily get rid of one of the combatants with Fissure, and Kyogre's ability stops all of Sasuke's fire style jutsus.
