So, Sabrina is going to need to take her out really fast, lest she just increases her power to the point Sabrina gets beaten into the ground.

How can she deal with Illusory craft, for one? How can she put Betty down quick through regen and constantly increasing power?

Illusion stuff can probably be dealt with via magic detection.

BUt I'll cast my own vote.

Betty probably, both of these characters are highly similar. They can take fatal wounds and be standing, and can heal back from any injuries that cause trouble. They also have giant blobs that they can form into whatever they want. Betty's classic soul stab to the chest won't work on Brina because her soul is on her finger, but Sabrina probably can't put down Betty in a good enough time for it to matter due to Betty's accelerated development.

TLDR: They don't really do jack shit to eachother and just eventually clash until Betty becomes 7-B

Well, in this case it's Low 7-C versions, but, eventually she'd just be overwhelmed by someone on the very edge of the tier.
