Fight takes place in a Hell's Kitchen kitchen. Both are in melee range. Number Man has his pen, Grey has a knife. Both have a handgun in their back.

This is Grey after STEM took full control.

SBA otherwise.

Grey Trace: 0

The Number Ma: 02

"handgun in their back" you didn't say Bonesaw was messing with people again

So, how good's Grey's processing? Number Man's already one of the best Thinkers in the world. He's even demonstrated superiority to his clones before, with the clones themselves already being able to drive away a coalition of heroes and villains without a scratch and wreak havok on Cradle's army. The two main instances of this are:

  • Fighting 8 of his clones alongside Contessa, resulting in 3 dead and the other 5 being drafted. While Contessa was there and is immune to their power, Number Man isn't and yet was still able to move in ways that forced his 8 clones to become open to attack if they tried anything and make sure neither he nor contessa got hurt.
  • According to both Victoria Dallo and Citrine, Number Man would be able to take down Cradle's army alone without leaving anything that can tie it back to him and Citrine if Teacher wasn't watching their every move with his army of Thinkers. (It is unclear if this statement includes March, as she was allied with Cradle but was in a different location at the time.) The Breakthrough/Undersider/misc heroes coalition was supplied with 2 Number Man clones. They could tear through a lot of the opposition even when not allowed to kill or maim, but they were hardly infallible and wouldn't be able to solo the whole thing without a trace.
There are more number man feats but I like those. Movement anticipation is top notch, most efficient reflexes and striking/shooting possible, and he's even good at hacking, able to **** with Tinkertech that usually only Tinkers can mess with.

No I'm not claiming he has some ikki style recursive loop of scaling via clones the clones have their own feats he's just better and can deal with powers like his

Grey's processing all comes from STEM, the chip in his spine. STEM is a AI that's more advanced and has better processing than any computer in the world of Upgrade, which is extremely technogically advanced (they can make pocket clouds inside their house and nearly everything is automatic). Eron even said STEM can calculate "anything" pretty much instantly.

As for feats, STEM allowed Grey to flawlessly replicate a tattoo out of a image that had incredibely low resolution, with a pen and paper. He is unharmed through all the fights in the movie since he can just dodge or block anything they throw at him. This includes people who have guns and also had prediction. The only person who did harm him had better processing than STEM did.

Basically, STEM will calculate the best possible move Grey can do and immediatly execute it. Kind of a mix between instinctive reaction and analytical prediction.

As for number man's math, here's his interlude from Worm since he constantly does it while fighting the guy trying to leave, but of particular note is this:

The Number Man was already moving, the mathematical notation filling his field of vision, singing in his ears, running along his skin. He could taste it, virtually swam in a clear, precise, organized outline of the world around him.

His weight shifted as he found his center of balance. He kicked out to push himself to the left.

Three-zero-one-six manifested the strike as though his arm were exponentially larger, the attack repeated in almost infinite variations through the space in front of him, as though he were leveraging every possible version of himself that could have been here, in this basement, drawing them together in one coordinated strike.
There are quite a lot of possibilities to account for, when his power can get as specific as it is. That's quite a lot of iterations of 3016 to have noticed just from him swinging his arm.

"This fight is BLOODY RAW!"
Now I can only imagine Gordon Ramsey showing up in the middle of the fight, slamming both of their heads through a table and yelling "WHERE'S THE LAMB SAUCE"

I guess I'll cast a more specific vote for Number Man. He seems to have better math feats and both he and his clones have shown that they're able to deal with people with similarly superhuman capabilities. The stuff scaled from dripfeed is also nice to have (listed as limited bio manip) and there is the time that a Harbinger shot right down the barrel of a gun specialist Thinker to disable his gun if those things are to come out.

Actually, while literally translated from english to spanish "Number Man" i s "Numero Hombre" i don't think that's grammatically correct nor would it really flow in any conversation.

"El Numero Hombre" would sound like you said "The Man Number" to any spanish speaker

Hombre de numeros
