If i not wrong, Quincy are physical and visible, so the Beast can see him, he would just nuke around with a Ray Field blast or a black hole

Gremmy, by nature of him residing in the Soul Society, is a spiritual entity constructed of Reishi. The Beast's abilities don't interact on a spiritual level, so none of them are harming Gremmy, much less killing him.

Gremmy just thinks and either kills him with Death Manipulation or erases from existence with his Nonexistence Erasure.
