The problem with this match up is that Jedi and other Force users have too much hax, especially someone as powerful as Grandmaster Luke. Star Wars Force users have some of the best hax abilities in all of fictional media.

Asura in his Unlimited form has the raw power to demolish an unprepared or distracted Force user, but he has nothing that can stop their completely broken abilities. The only thing that could save Asura for a while is his Unlimited Mode that makes him "invincible" for a brief amount of time. But we need to assess how "invincible" he is during that period of time

Asura is all brute strength and speed with no esoteric or hax abilities of his own that could stop Force powers like Force choke, drain, TK, stun, mind hax, etc. To make this more fair, pick a less powerful Force user like Darth Vader, Mace Windu or Satele Shan to fight Asura. But even they might have too much hax :/

Asura has no mindhax resistance which means he's fodder to most of the SW verse. Sith have little to no compunction about mind slaving people and most Jedi would do it just end the conflict peacefully.

Luke is someone who activately uses his mindhax to boot.

That's spot on lol. Here's what I imagine would happen:

JEDI

Luke: *Waves hand* You will leave and forget everything about this encounter

Asura: *Walks away and forgets everything that happened*

SITH

Vader: *Dominates mind* You will forever serve the Emperor and I as an imperial agent

Asura: Yes master
