Grand Star revisions question

so this thread just closed and the changes were applied but im confused on why Mario and Luigi have a key for it.

They only bring Grand Stars to be used as a source of fuel for the Comet Observatory or to open up portals to another world, and then no longer hold onto them. They were never amplified by them in the series. The feats of them actually fighting Grand Star characters are performed without amplications from any power/grand stars in their base. Are they given a key for the sole fact that they technically "have" one for a few seconds as they are flying back to the hub?

Yeah, now that u mention it, assuming mario or luigi was empowered by it is questionable. If you put this in a CRT I would sadly agree.

Alright, the scaling should still be valid for their base forms but you know how that goes, thatll probably require a much more extensive crt addressing some anti feats and a bunch of supporting higher up feats

Yeah, they were never empowered by Grand Stars; just regular Power Stars in Mario 64.
